How does it work?
Our used clothing pick-up service is easy and free of charge. Pack your clothing, separating mildly used and deeply worn, then schedule the most convenient time for someone from our collections team to come to gather your items. You can schedule pick-ups at your home in five boroughs of NYC and in Washington, DC. You can also drop off your clothes at one of our partner locations (link to map). We take care of the rest!
