Our used clothing collection service is free and easy. Schedule a pickup online. We come to you!
Clothing pick-up service is available in the five boroughs of NYC and now, thanks to our partnership with Bitter Grace, we have expanded our pick-up service to Washington, DC!
You can also drop off your clothing at our partner stores: Earth & Me an Astoria-based Zero-waste Store and Bitter Grace in Washington, DC. Come by, say hi, and drop off the clothes you no longer wear.
We also accept scraps, returns, and unsellable clothing from clothing brands. If you are a fashion designer or clothing brand owner, go to “Partners” to learn more.
Get your clothing ready!
1.
Sort your clothes for donation and pack them neatly into bags. Separate the deeply loved, and the lightly worn.
2.
Schedule a date and time for your pickup appointment or find a convenient drop-off location.
3.
On pickup day, place your items outside the door, or wait for a knock.
